Enameled Red Hat Charm Holder Brooch and Necklace Pendant:

Gold tone hat with gelled red enameling. Flowers surrounding the base of the hat have multi-colored enameling. Hanging from the bottom of the had is a curved bar for holding all your charms. Has pin back to wear as a brooch and large bale for wearing as a necklace pendant. In near mint condition. Measures 2 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches tall.
